of an alcoholic n on crack woman who he calls his mom/
it scars me, we need love to still the hunger for living/

I see a young boy fightin every day for nothing but the death/
determination in his heard, a growing tumour in his head/
I see doctors searchin every day for an antidote against AIDS/
their patients waitin for it day by day just until it's too late/
a girl livin the last day of joy without really knowing/
that happiness will have an end, hey boyfriend will die on a carcrash tomorrow/
she missed to show him her love, now that she's alone with his 3 little kids/
no idea how to pay the bills or to keep food in the fridge/
I see people struggelin for something which was never seen/
politicians blowin em away just like this had never been/
So I wonder if [ain't it ordinary], I think about my world so much/
see [ain't it scary] that even my not guilty dawgs got shot/
and [ain't it ordinary] to see more than just the next block/

I'm scared, coz how ya live, it's just as slibbery as ice/
a deep hope with no ground nd no possibility to rise/
it's not [ordinary] that poeple kill each other n their children/
I think [it's scary], people searchin for bridges but don't wanna build em/
our population's nuthin but a sky scraver, we live behind closed doors/
are sure that if we opened em there wouldn't be anything more

sehr schöner text
du schreibst auf englich ohne das es irgendwie schulmäßig oder billig klingt und dazu noch niveau (wie schreibt man das ) sowohl sprachlich als auch inhaltlich. du verwendest zwar weder mehrfach noch schachtelreime aber weißt du was? das is in dem falle gar nichschlimm weil dies technik gespitte einen so gefülvollen text, der klar in seiner aussage is, nur der harmonie berauben würde

fettes dankeschön erstmal, sowas hört man gern.

Jah, vielleicht sind die beiden texte die ich bisher gepostet habe stilistisch recht simpel gebaut, aber ich lege einfach viel mehr wert auf inhalt als auf irgendwelche schwierigen reimtechniken. Sind sie dabei ist das gut. Wenn nicht, so wie hier, auch gut. Hier geht es mir vor allem um den Aufzählungseffekt... I see... und dann was ich sehe, die ganze strophe lang.

Nebenbei gesagt: Das englisch hab ich mir selbst beigebracht, unser englischunterricht war bis ende 8. klasse nämlich einfach nur schlecht.
